Too much Fibre?
Can you eat too much fibre? According to MFP I am always over my fibre intake - should this be seen as a bad thing? Surely fibre in the diet is a good thing? I'd appreciate peoples opinions on this!

carried over calorie intake?
Hi I was just wondering peoples opinions on carrying over calories intake? I cycled for 4 1/2 hours yesterday - I always eat a good breakfast - eggs etc but can never really eat very much whilst I am cycling. Shin Splints :(

When I exercise I get sooooo RED faced!!! Its quite embarassing!
