Nightly Sweet Tooth
I have been on MFP for almost a week and so far so good. I can eat healthy all day long but I have the biggest sweet tooth after dinner and before bed. I want chocolate candy, cupcake,etc.! Does anyone else have this problem and how do I say no to sweets??

I have got off track with exercising
Will I loose weight just from quitting drinking soda (only water now) and staying under my calories?

Sugars on MFP
My sugar is always negative at the end of the day logging in my food diary. All the other categories are ok except the sugar. How is this going to afftect me losing weight? Does anyone else have this problem?
