I have got off track with exercising

Will I loose weight just from quitting drinking soda (only water now) and staying under my calories?

    The short of it yes but depending on what your goal is you may have change things later in order to keep the scale moving downward.

    the short answer is yes. You lose weight by creating a calorie deficit. If you want to be fit when you get to your goal, you also need to exercise.
