My Evil Scale Update
A few weeks back I bought a new scale that weighed me in as 10 pounds heavier than my old one. It was a bummer to say the least. Mini Bursts?
I walk at least 2 miles a day, but sometimes I want more of a workout. Is it good to do 10 minute bursts on the step a couple of times during the course of the day for weight loss or is it a waste of time?
