Mini Bursts?

I walk at least 2 miles a day, but sometimes I want more of a workout. Is it good to do 10 minute bursts on the step a couple of times during the course of the day for weight loss or is it a waste of time?

What you're suggesting won't burn many calories, but getting fitter is never a waste of time.

During your walking you can add bursts of jogging to get your heart rate up and help to increase your calorie burn, or you can add body weight strength training to your day to help maintain muscles while you are losing weight.0

What you’re describing will help you reach a higher level of fitness.0
