    If you're hungry you should eat but sometimes I find that when I think I'm starving I'm actually thirsty. Try some water first.

    I think I was hungry because it was 15 minutes before lunch and I had walked almost 2 miles earlier in the day - I think I burned off my breakfast and my belly was like, FEED ME!
