Lifting Routines
I'm trying to put together a lifting routine for a 4 days a week workout, but I don't really have any structure and there are so many different suggestions online its confusing. Has anyone got any suggestions? Or a plan that has particularly worked for them? My goals are to reduce BF% for a flatter, more define stomach.

So Cold!!!
Why am I so cold during the day? Does anyone else experience this? I eat regularly and the house isn't cold but for some reason I can never get warm. Even with about 4 layers on.. It's generally my hands and nose that are just always cold. It's so annoying! Is there nothing I can do about this?

Body Fat %
My body fat % is currently about 24 I think. I say that because the online calculators are horrendously inconsistent, but I'd say that sounds about right. Weight lifting for fat loss
While I do enjoy running, I want to up my weight training in order to shift this last tyre of fat around my stomach. I currently attend a pump class once a week, but I know this isnt enough? Can anyone suggest how many times a week I should be lifting and a good routine for overall toning? Thanks!

Stop exercising for 3 weeks.
Over Christmas I will be going home for 3 weeks. At home I am not a member of the gym, whereas at the moment I use my uni gym 4 times a week. I'm really worried I'll gain weight over christmas by not exercising to the same level. What will happen? and what can I do?

Loosing weight but not inches
I'm 5ft 5, and whist my weight is okay, my body shape is horrendous. I have NO waist and skinny legs - Yuck! The most annoying thing is I have lost weight but no inches on my hips, waist or arms. Why? These are the problem areas, trust me! Where has the weight come off from?

struggling to hit calorie amount
I know I exercise, so I probably am averaging about 1400/1500 on most days. But some days, even though I having a substantial 3 meals, I am struggling to hit 1200 calories. Is this okay?
