Watermelon?
I have read that watermelon is really good for weightloss, as it is mostly water and a natural diuretic, BUT I also know that is is full of natural sugar so.........yay or nay on the watermelon......................or is it just a moderation thing?

I have put on 6lbs over the summer, through vacations, visitors, lots of eating and drinking and being merry, now I am struggling to get back on track.....I would love some tips on a good way to kick start my losing again........I want to lose 10 lbs all together! Fruit and Veggie Calories
Sometimes I record all of my fruits and veggie calories, sometimes I don't........I often reason that they shouldn't count against me, but I suppose a calorie is a calorie.....right?
