Help!

I have put on 6lbs over the summer, through vacations, visitors, lots of eating and drinking and being merry, now I am struggling to get back on track.....I would love some tips on a good way to kick start my losing again........I want to lose 10 lbs all together!

And if anyone has anytips on how to resist over doing it and staying on track during vacation times I would love to hear, I am horrible at turning down food and drink!

Overall just looking for some motivation!

  • I'm in the same boat so to speak, gained 5 pounds over the summer, but for me that's a bit of a victory, I normally gain 10-15 over the summers, BBQ's, beer and camping, badddd combo, so I'm looking at it like a victory, I am 10 pounds ahead, means ten pounds less to burn.
