Sometimes I record all of my fruits and veggie calories, sometimes I don't........I often reason that they shouldn't count against me, but I suppose a calorie is a calorie.....right?

Yes, a calorie is a calorie.
You're not tracking the food that's going to kill you; you're tracking the food that should be keeping you alive.
You can either eat to live, or live to eat; you choose.0 -
You should track every calorie that enters your mouth, goes down through your esophagus, enters your stomach and is processed for energy to maintain your body.0

Definitely log everything. I buy these apples that are like 170 calories a piece. Things add up!0

A calorie is a calorie. "Your body keeps an accurate record even if you don't." The reason I track absolutely everything is so I know exactly how many calories my body is able to handle so I can tweak my numbers for weightloss, maintenance, etc. Information is power. If I can eat 100 extra calories of vegetables and not gain, that is awesome and I will keep doing it. If I don't record it, I will never know how my body is responding.0

I used to think like you, and didnt log in veg at dinner for example, but when you eat alot of veg and fruit throughout the day it soon adds up, log EVERYTHING and at least then I know exactly whats going in and it gives me a reference of the types of food I eat and any patterns so makes it easier to switch things around0

You'd be surprised as to how many calories add up on fruit and veggies... :sad:0

Thanks everyone.....I should have known better, I am sure this is going to make a difference in my weight loss!0

Count everything, otherwise you're just lying to yourself.0
