i'm now about to start my first night shift since joining mfp any ideas i want i could eat overnight without over doing the cal count? i have done a calculation and i burn 1360 over a 9.5 hour shift , thanks for reading x
Today i have been moving furniture all day moved 5 single mattresses moved a king sized mattress up a flight of stairs started at 8 am this morning haven't sat down till now how would you even calculate how many cals i've burnt today? Any help would be greatly received
