i'm now about to start my first night shift since joining mfp any ideas i want i could eat overnight without over doing the cal count?
i have done a calculation and i burn 1360 over a 9.5 hour shift ,

How is working night shift different from working day shift in terms of eating? Bring lunch to work is bring lunch to work, regardless of the shift.0
