Then you should add me. Looking for more open diary friends. I subscribe to CICO (calories in calories out) first Then high protein second. But I'm not always the best at this. I workout 7hrs + per week. So my daily calorie goals range from 1250 to 1550 cals per day.

Counting calories in oil when frying or roasting
I try to be as accurate as possible when counting cals, but when I occasionally fry or roast something and the majority of the oil is in the bottom of the pan I feel like my daily allowance is being poured down the drain. Does anyone have any ideas about how to work around this?
