eating 1838 calories?
I have been doing exercise 45min cardio and eating 1000 cal if not working out, or more when I do workout. I read this post and did this fat to fit ratio and it says I should eat 1838 calories and I guess I will create a deficit with exercise, so dont add in the calories I burned.
