Multivitamin suggestions?
Hey everyone! I'm a 23 year old female and looking to get a good multivitamin to supplement my eating. I know we should be getting our vitamins from our food, but I want to be sure to cover all the bases! Any suggestions? I used to take women's one a day...not sure if I want that again or something different?

I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding in April...it's now 6 months earlier than planned so I need to get to work! Not planning on 50 lbs, but going to work hard (hoping at least 20 but ill take any loss!)

but be my friend?? I want to find people that I can support, and have people that back me up during this journey as well! I've found in the past that having people (even strangers) help push and motivate me, I do MUCH better! :)

How to log 30 Day Shred??
Just curious if any of you have found a good way to log it...and how did it go for you? This is like my 3rd time starting it, so let's hope I can actually stick to it this time!
