Checking in looking for and willing to provide support and enciuragement
Have 40lbs to lose to achieve ideal weight and then the challenge of maintaining it. Have fought with the same 40 lbs most of my life. Am accepting there is no temporary fix. The changes have to be sustainable. For now focusing on 1200 calories. Lots of water. Glad to join the group.

Simple and flexible. I love yogurt but it doesn't fill me up. Adding the oatmeal does the trick. Time to admit that lurking in the community isn't working. I was going along fine for awhile and have veered off in the past two weeks. Barely exercising and not logging my food.
