breakfast dessert under 200 calories
Simple and flexible. I love yogurt but it doesn't fill me up. Adding the oatmeal does the trick.
Steel cut oatmeal 1/4c cooked (75 calories)
fit n trim yogurt 3 0z (40 calories)
blueberries 1/4 c (21 calories)
For chewier consistency cook oats less, for smoother more.
Ive heard you can also just add the uncooked oats 1/8th c. to yogurt and refrigerate overnight although I haven't tried this myself.
Can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated.
Enjoy.
