scared to eat exercise calories
Hi guys, I'm a little worried that if I eat more when I exercise to get to a net calorie intake of 1250 calories that I'll put weight on. 1400-1500 calories seems like too much to me but I don't think its healthy if I'm netting 1000 calories...I'd like some advice..will I put weight on if I eat more?
