You should ask him how he made it to the gym because if he is so stupid it is surprising he could find his way..That is bullying and it is not acceptable. No one should comment on anyone trying to make improvements in their health, no matter what their size is. No, that has not happened to me but I am very sorry that this…

I find if I don't cheat for a couple of weeks I find myself eat a little extra here and there everythere. I find it easier if I put aside one day every couple of weeks to have about 3500 calories in order to control this urge and prevent a binge.

Whatever you do; do not tell your professor about your bingeing. He is very unlikely to care and it won't cover your absences from class. Go to the doctor and go a certified note. It's a legal issue, your professor cannot control this.

Yeah, probs not the best example, better to go for poly and mono chains haha

I eat about 1400 calories on non-exercise days and 1500-1600 calories when I do exercise :) I am at a small deficit now.

My two favourite oatmeal mix ins are: 1 tbsp of peanut butter or two tbsp of PB2 or half a tablespoon of shredded coconut, half a tablespoon of coconut oil and a dash of vanilla essence. I add sweetener of choice to both and use no milk.

You are underweight.. Please consult a medical expert.

Binge watch the new season of House of Cards.
-
If it were me I wouldn't try to compensate for the calories because if you do you will probably be hungrier the following day and may end up binging again and so on. Don't beat yourself up too much about it, atleast you are aware of how much you have eaten.

I higly recommend this recipe for chick pea curry: http://thelittlegreenhouse.net/2013/07/10/recipe-quick-and-simple-chickpea-curry. Sooo good! and I think it was only about 300 calories and very filling :)

Cottage cheese is so versatile. My favs for dessert are cottage cheese, peanut butter and honey nut cheerios mixed together, or you could just use cinnamon, banana or have it plain. I find this mix to be delicious and I often have it for breakfast. For savoury I like it in lots of stuff, especially with avocado and tomato…

Bump, cheers!

Cottage cheese and honey cheerios is one of my favourite breakfast meals. You could also add peanut butter which is yummy too!

Hi, I am from Australia, I am 20 years old and go to University, I also live with my single mother and my younger sister and I know it can be really tough financially. Maybe you could try talking to your mom about add a few healthy cheap basics in bulk. For example you could plan your meals out for the week i.e. oatmeal or…

I am also going to average my weekly calories...I am not going to be too hard on myself if I do go over because it won't be nearly as bad as when I didn't use MFP so I try to see that as a positive that I am aware of what I am putting into my body.

Yes but if I go over I'm not going to freak out. At least if I log I can assess the damage.

I have some curves but nothing significant. This is all just marketing, the media has successfully embedded within our culture the idea that women who have 'curves' are ideal. When the media says curvy they usually mean overweight and beyond although that isn't what curvy is in order to create a politically correct label to…

Meringue cookies made with egg whites and some sweetener are super low calorie. You can add some food dye to make it christmassy. http://lowcaloriecooking.about.com/od/desserts/r/meringuecookies.htm. I can't remember where the exact recipe can be found but the link is pretty similar, I think SparkPeople may have it.

Bump, just about in the same situation. I am 19 and 5'4 at 130 pounds. Been on a plateau for 3 months and net around 1400 calories. I wouldn't worry about it too much until your college exams are finished, you have enough to deal with already! Good luck.

Cottage cheese and avocado is delish, so nice with some tomato, egg, toast or all! Also cauliflower and avocado mash, avocado and chicken. This is pretty nice: http://www.healthyvittlesandbits.com/2013/06/27/avocado-chicken-salad/.

Two. I have breakfast/lunch at around 12 as I find eating earlier in the day makes me hungry.

You need to see a doctor. I don't want to give any advice because I am not a professional and I worry that although the intentions of others are good that you can never be sure until you see a health care professional. However, I agree with others that it is essential you eat enough fat.

Sometimes I'll bake a few sweet potatoes for the week and refrigerate them. I often will reheat one and have it for breakfast with either a poached egg, pb, cinnamon or brown sugar. I usually go with the poached egg to get some protein and fat in.

Look at your weekly calorie deficit rather than your daily allowance to make room for 'cheats'...
