Is walking on the treadmill at a high incline..
Is walking on the treadmill at a high incline...say around 10 12 - good for shaping the legs? I know if I do it for an extended period of time - it gets my heart rate up to about 160 - but I was wondering if will be helpful in toning my legs.

The elliptical and HIIT
So - if I get on the elliptical and do intervals of 2 minutes each of resistance 8, then 2 minutes of resistance 14 - would that be considered a form of HIIT. Muscle twitches..
I've noticed that, since I started lifting, my muscles involuntary twitch during the day. Do yours do this? Is it just muscle fatigue? Iit's kind of annoying. :laugh:

Some lifting questions...
So - this is probably a dumb question...but: When i'm bench pressing weights - and put 15 pounds on each side of the bar - am I lifting 15 pounds - or 30?
