I should know this .. but
Mfp put me at 1470 calories a day to lose 2lbs a week. How many calories am I supposed to burn per day to achieve this goal. if the calories keep going up every time I eat. Do i really need to consume all that? So no I've never actually understood or followed this program correctly. Mostly because I've never had a problem…

This is my slimfast highprotein creamy chocolate journey I can do this for at least a week or two to see how it works out.so far so good.im kinda like looking around expecting to be hungry and want to munch but honestly if I do I'll be forcing myself to do it.I like how this first day went.

Plum juice..a cup or two before bed and EVERYTHING your body didn't need will come out!NO PROBLEMS!+great detoxification+ they call it prune juice I just don't like the word (prune)that plus drinking water before each meal.I would like to add this as a challenge or a new group.I need feedback and support tho start.holler…
