under desk pedal bike
Has anyone tried one of those little contraptions that is just the pedals of the bike you can slide under your desk? I thought about getting one to just pedal throughout the day, this is definitely not in lieu of a workout just something to supplement a little.

I am halfway through a month of the 8X8 workout plan and need to figure out what to do next for fat burning while weight lifting.
