I've was on Keto from February through July and I'm down 35lbs, right now I'm at high fat low carb but not quite Keto for purposes of a workout phase but I'm going back into Keto in October.

Funny you post this, I started Keto the last week of January at 268, got to 255 within a 4 weeks then sat there for 4 weeks, in the last 10 days I've dropped down to 247, i assume I will plateau again soon but it's nice to see progress.

I love eggs but can't stand the egginess of keto mug bread, I love veggies but hate veggie tacos or stuff bell peppers. I hate fake sugar and would rather just not have sweets than use stevia.

Yep, after I found out I was diabetic and started working to get my sugar down and leveled off my glucose readings my eyesight improved drastically. My optometrist told me that it was exactly getting the blood sugar under control.

I just did this ^ and if you decide to indulge while on vacation I would say skip the sugar, I was ok on carbs (pizza etc.) until I dove into several sugary drinks. That said I was ready to get back to Keto before vacation ended.

Not sure about for ketosis but it is the only supplement I take that I notice a difference from, if I run out and don't get more within a few days my energy levels go noticeably down.

I have been eating 2 squares of 90% cacao chocolate per night, after being off sugar for month than a month that is actually sweet to me now, 2 months ago I would have gagged and spit that out in disgust.

Sunny Bunny I get like that sometimes, usually when that happens I either need beef or copious amounts of cheese before I feel full, it's just weird but thankfully it doesn't happen often. Also yesterday I sucked, I ate more total carbs than I have in a month, fortunately my net carbs weren't terrible.

I stopped flat benching and do only incline now as it's much easier to plant my feet and not put my back in a bad position. If you don't mind the numbers not being as high it's a much easier lift on the back.

guiness isn't too bad from a carb perspective, the trick is not getting drunk enough to go to taco bell at 2am! It's not as thick as guiness but Shiner black is pretty tasty and only 11g of carbs per 12oz bottle.

Honestly next time I use bacon I'll do it the way you did it, or at least cook it first then put it in, the way mine came out was super greasy, I think I'd like to cook some of that down first then chop it up.

This one is a mini meatloaf stuffed with goat cheese, jalapeno and spinach I'm having for lunch. It's good but I don't think it can compare to what I'm seeing above me!

I saw yours I really thought it was rolled up? Next time I'll definitely put it on wax paper to start the rolling process, getting that thing started wasn't fun.

I just started Keto or at least I'm trying, low carb isn't too bad, super low carb is harder.
