Protein sources
I try to get at least 100 g of protein a day but at least half are coming from protein powder or bars. Is this bad or does it matter. Is protein from natural sources somehow better for you?

Alcohol and weighty loss
If alcohol fits into your daily calories do you think it still effects your weight loss. Maybe because it is metabolized differently. I find it impossible to go without my nighty glass of wine!

Best HRM
I am looking into buying a HRM so that I can accurately track my calories burned in a day or for a specific workout. Would like one that works with MFP. Any recommendations? Does anyone use BodyMedia. TIA for your help.
