Macros

I am interested in following a high protein low carb diet. Not Keto. What would everyone recommend I set for they ideal macros.

For background I am a 134lbs 5 ft 3" female. I do 2-3 times a week strength training (full body) and prob another 3 hours a week of various forms of cardio.

Should I be concerned with fat grams if it comes mainly from my protein sources?
