Protein sources

I try to get at least 100 g of protein a day but at least half are coming from protein powder or bars. Is this bad or does it matter. Is protein from natural sources somehow better for you?

Protein from natural sources is just more likely to contain other nutrients, whereas bars are more likely to contain chemicals and other substances you don't need. In terms of the protein itself though, it doesn't matter.0

You can get it through the powders or bars if you want, but meat is a great source of protein, as well as dairy and nuts.0
