Edamame!
I discovered that I love edamame! I just had 1/2 cup of the beans -- 110 calories, 12 carbs, and 10 grams of protein. I buy the ones in the pod because it's fun to squeeze them out of their shells ( 1-1/8 cup will get you 1/2 cup of beans.) ripe banana = diet setback?
You know those online ads that say "1 food to never eat" and they show a ripening banana? Why would that be an evil thing? I have a ripe banana in my smoothie every morning. Should I eliminate it? I thought bananas are a good source of potassium. Any banana experts out there?
