Is it normal to have very low energy day after workout?
I've been doing a pretty intense zumba class twice a week, which is great and i love it but the next day i'm feeling really fatigued and drained - is this normal or is there anything i'm doing wrong? (diary is open).

Skinny wrists getting skinnier
anyone else have frustrating side effects of loosing weights - mine is my already unreasonably thin wrists got smaller so my watch is super loose even on tightest hole and yet my belly remains unchanged.. raging!! unfortunate side effects of weight loss??

Just worked out some scary stats from my diary

Hungry all the time - making me want to quit!
Anyone have some tips for me with my diary - am absolutely starving all the time! Only way I can stick within my cals is to excercise a lot but feeling quite fatigued and wanting to give up so need to get some tips. Have been concentrating on this for a few weeks but is all very new. Thanks
