Just worked out some scary stats from my diary

So I have a real problem with sugar!!! even when I'm trying to be good its ridiclious -- so i printed my diary and went through it with a highlighter to note the things that could only be classified as junk food so choc's/sweets the occasionally chippy and soft cheeses

Over the last 5 weeks (39 days) since I started MFP this is (I dread to think what it was before!!)

I have eaten 14,997 calories of junk
That is 11 days worth of my calories allowance
works out at 384 calories per day
which would have been another 4.2lbs lost

Think I might have worked out my problem!!!!

Good to give yourself a wake up call about how much your really eating!

  • PS not convinced about my maths ability so these may be wrong as I'm sure someone will point out if they are. point being I can't kid myself that its not a problem anymore
