28/2: 149 - got 3 off which is not great, but this has really helped me stay on track. Think my fat is turning to muscle a bit too as clothes fitting much better. but good to keep track of it this way. Congrats to everyone lost 5lb+

mine is open - set to allow me 1290 i think, i struggled at first but getting a lot easier and have actually really felt satisfied with my food and choices last couple of weeks. took me about a month to learn how to eat better for my body :) will be looking at other peoples open diarys just for inspiration and new ideas…

I can't deal with going by myself either so I pretty much exclusively do excercise classes. I get really lonely if I go to the gym by myself!!

I'm always at or over my calorie goal and have started taking an iron supplement to boost energy levels. is there such a thing as loosing too much salt - i get quite sweaty?? I don't find it as bad with the circuits class I do as well - for some reason more with zumba? hmm

Hmm I really did not know this must start doing a bit of weights as I am all only cardio. I am also pathetically weak. What type of weights etc? Like right down to basics... the machines at the gym or free weights and is it weights with the arms or what?

the day I weighed more than my mum - she had been ill and lost about 3/4 (three quaters not 3 or 4) stone and i had gradually been putting it on so the stone + difference there normally is between us vanished. my mum is 60 i am 24. i have no excuse!!
