Weight loss graph success so far
I am 175cm (5 foot 10) and was 116kg(256 pounds), I am now down to 96kg(211 pounds) so I though I would share my graph of weight loss here, my goal weight is around 82kg, so I am over half way there now. Cheers, Tony
