How often do you increase weights?
Total noob. Just started Stage 1 yesterday. Do I wait until the reps decrease to increase weight? Or do I attempt a weight increase with each workout?

Falling below BMR after exercise
Hi SS and S, I just switched to TDEE-20%. (I plan to lose another 20lbs or so.) My BMR is 1460. TDEE (at Moderate) - 20% is approx 1800. When I do cardio I burn ~550. Interval training is ~350. (I wear a HRM.) My question is: My cardio will use enough calories to leave me below BMR for the day. Is that ok? Thank you.

Target Heart Rate vs. doing all the Reps
I recently bought a HRM to count the calories I'm burning while doing various workouts. During Ripped in 30, when I check my heart rate right after doing intense cardio, I'm through the roof - literally 97% one time I checked.
