Creating a food with negative calories/macros?
Does anyone know how to do this? I am making my own yogurt, and need to subtract the calories/macros from the whey drained off. I can manually do it I suppose, but then I will have to do the math every single time I make yogurt as the amount of liquid drained off is different each time. Thanks! :)

Baby Jogger?
I'm hoping to get one off of Craigslist, so I figure if I start looking now, I should be able to find one by the time the baby comes in December. Any suggestions on what to look for? There are so many options online that I'm not sure where to start!

Need some creative snack ideas
Protein seems to work the best at keeping the morning sickness away, but I'm having a hard time coming up with office-friendly snack ideas. Finishing up NROLFW, what next?
I have a couple more weeks of NROLFW left, then I will need to decide on my next program! I have heard of NROL for Life, NROL for ABS (which I own) and NROL Supercharged. What would you recommend moving on to?

I'm planning on continuing with the program for now since I'm not very far along, and will ask my OB (once I find one) about continuing. I'm estimating that I'll finish the program when I'm about 16 weeks, if I do the bare minimum. If you have done this…

HRM question for the ladies
How do you keep the strap on? I have the heart rate monitor strap almost as tight as it will go around my chest, but it still manages to inch its way down every time I breathe out. If I don't keep pulling it back up, it ends up around my stomach 10 minutes into the workout. And no, "stop breathing" is not an option!

Front squat/push press problems!
I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do these! It seems like the bar is either resting directly on a shoulder bone or squishing up against my neck choking me. Also, if my forearms are parallel to the ground/perpendicular to my body like in the description, then my fingertips are back behind my shoulders, so I…
