Creating a food with negative calories/macros?

Does anyone know how to do this? I am making my own yogurt, and need to subtract the calories/macros from the whey drained off. I can manually do it I suppose, but then I will have to do the math every single time I make yogurt as the amount of liquid drained off is different each time.

Thanks! :)

I can't remember all the sources I used to come to some numbers but I probably included stuff from the USDA site and other sources and made some assumptions/guesses.

I put them in the food database as "Homemade - Greek yogurt (SH fat-free drained)" and "Homemade - Whey From Southern Home Fat Free Plain Yogurt"

Let me know if the database won't let you see them and I'll copy the numbers out for you.

Thanks. The problem I am having is that I am unable to subtract the whey from the yogurt recipe. For every 8 oz of yogurt mix, I need to subtract 59 calories, and I would like to subtract fat/protein/sodium/etc as well.
