Restarting Phase 2 tomorrow; I'd had a minor surgery that put me out for a week. I didn't want to hop straight back into workout 5/6 so I took last week to do workouts 1,2,3, & 4 progressively. Workout 5 just whooped my bum!
Oh. My. God. So, yeah, that was hard. I'm not sure I'm going to be able to climb the stairs...or pick anything up. Ever. And now it all just feels like a sweaty, hurty blur. Help me.
