  • I dread Cardio 2 harder than anything I've ever dreaded. I'm TERRIBLE at Cardio!
  • Yeah, I just use the information on the site in which I log which says 180 burned for Body Revolution. I felt that was low for the effort I was putting in, but am really nervous about overlogging exercise. I'm 30 years, 5"3, and 170lbs.
  • Okay, so I know that this is a year old topic, but it speaks directly to my current problem. I was hoping maybe there'd still be someone knocking about who could help me? I've been stuck for about 3 months - gaining and losing the same two pounds. And that last pound lost took me a month and a half to achieve. I am on 1668…
  • My cal allowance is 1668 (fat 62.9g). I burn about 200 six days a week with my exercise dvd.
  • 10:35 in the UK and the sun is even trying to appear! American expat - former Arizona girl!
  • I'm definitely finding it a tough workout, but its doable. I think its supposed to be a challenge. You've got to push, really, to progress and get the results so while I scream and cry DOING it, I know I'm getting stronger.
  • Thank you! How are you getting on?
  • Too funny! And super cute to boot! Can't wait for the series to start... I miss my Benny C!!!

  • I'm originally from Arizona. Moved to London 8 years ago; currently living in Essex. I moved here for the same reason - to marry my Brit! We've now got two boys which is why we moved to where we are now. We weren't feeling London for family raising, but we both really miss it now! I put on LOADS of weight after my kids…
  • I can't hardly get through 2! I'm so scared now!!!
  • Stiff and sore. Cardio tomorrow. Oh my.
  • Your confidence is just bursting through those pics! You look incredible and must feel so proud of all the hardwork you've done! Awesome job. Thanks for sharing!
  • That applesauce is MUCH sweeter, imo, than the American equivalent. I'd second whoever said to just make your own through cooking some chopped up apple. That's more like the real deal to me. PS I'm an American living in the UK, just to give myself some authority on the matter! *Sorry...responded to wrong quote!
  • Ebay? Maybe an online specialty food shop that stocks American products...? American Sweets or Cybercandy come to mind, but I can't say whether they'd have applesauce.
  • Workout 5 is so brutal on the arms/shoulders! I do think all of Phase 2 is going to have be a long'n for me. I really wanna get form down on this bad boy!
  • I think she's talking about a different dvd here, but: Q: How many calories are we burning during the online workouts and your front, back, and kickboxing DVDs? JILLIAN SAYS: It's all relative to your age, body weight, height, gender, and so on. The general rule of thumb is, for every 25 pounds of weight you have on your…
  • I'm so sorry! GB attacks SUCK! I had mine out, though, 2 years ago with absolutely no effect to my weight loss efforts. Give yourself time to heal and then hop right back up on that horse! You'll be fine. Your health is what's most important so just be sure you're giving yourself the space to get better.
  • Amazing journey! Thanks for sharing!
  • Well...I did (and when I say did, I mean flung my body around) Cardio 2 today. And I never want to do it again! I somehow thought that doing more exercises for a shorter amount of time would be a bit more exciting and therefore not as painful. Oh, the folly of youth. That was a toughie for me. I'm not greatly adept…
  • I'm sure its alright, good even, but I cannot bring myself to watch it as: 1) it just kinda seems like the producers were coat-tailing on the popularity of the brand after the success of the recent movies and the BBC series...lame 2) it seems like its premise is so detached from anything ACD wrote that its just another…

  • QFT...and super cuteness!
  • The Science of Discworld. Its blowing my mind. And physics is HARD.
  • It was a bit rushed...and I suppose the "getting to know you" part for Clara felt slightly strange because...well The Doctor ALREADY knows her. Even so, I was a happy camper. Roll on Saturday!
  • Maybe post this question on one of the main forums; its a good question (one I'm eager to hear the answer) but I'm not sure how many people frequent this more specific sub-forum...???
  • OH! Loving ALL of that... Is there a blending of the two...one which can also somehow include Terry Pratchett? *eta* I worked it out. I'm a Doctor Sherlockian from Ankh Morpork.
  • I agree you should just take a break, but keep active during your holiday. Walks, pushups, situps, jogging...you know the type of thing. This week I HAD to take off as I had a surgical procedure that required a break from too much physical activity and it was no vacation, but it was actually quite nice to just have the…
  • Have been sidelined for a week after surgery (of sorts) to remove some kidney stones. I'm back to it from Monday. I'd appreciate some feedback on my reintroduction schedule I've mapped out for myself. I'd previously gotten through week 5 of 5/6; barring Cardio 2 which I never did get the nerve to do. Monday - Workout 1…
  • QFT. PS Your tracker is AWESOME!
  • I won't echo all the sentiments above me - goes without saying! What I want to know is...HOW did you get jeans to fit you so AWESOMELY! I have such jean issues...lol
  • Wow! In awe! I'm finishing week 5 of 5/6. Crying and struggling and sweating, but still doing it!
