Yard Work Calories - WHOAHAA!!
I had to do some yard work this weekend and put on my heart rate monitor to see how many calories I burn. Holly Molly!! 827 calories in 2 hours! Did not expect that much. That's a real life cross fit workout and yard looks awesome. I like this!!

What has been / is your biggest food pitfall?
What has been / is your biggest food pitfall and how do you avoid it? For me it is office food (cookies, doughnuts, granola bars, candies, and all other free food). This week I have not eaten any at all, thanks to MFT calorie tracker, and feel a big difference in how my jeans fit.
