Anyone Track Vitamins & Supplements?

I like to take vitamins and supplements, and it just occurred to me that I can add it here and track what I take. I can see this being helpful when I look back to see for what worked and what did not to get results I want.

Anyone else track their vitamins and supplements?

Just added these for today. Some will multiply as day goes on.

    Can't see a good reason not to. If you want your numbers to be accurate you put them in. If you don't care then you don't.
