Perfect Meal!

I have found that some meals are perfect: they don't take too long to prep, healthy and balanced, and fulfilling. It would be great to see what meal you have found to be perfect for you. It needs to leave you not feeling hungry.

Criteria:
-- Easy to prepare
-- Low calories
-- Balanced nutrition (List Calories - Carbs - Fat - Protein - Sodium - Sugar)
-- Leaves you satisfied

    Almost perfect I'd say, that's a TON of sodium. Like a whole day's worth in one meal!
