Dried Fruit?
I don't snack usually, but now and then if i'm feeling exhausted i usuaally eat maybe one dried date or maybe three dried apricots, obviously there is a lot of sugar in these, but in such small amounts as i eat, how many calories and sugar should i expect to be eating??? 25 minutes of pure running 4 times a week, enough?
I am planning to start running four times a week for 25 minutes with plenty of hills and when i do im always knackered, this with a healthy diet, is that enough to lose weight?

Portion Sizes
Hey I am about to cook some rice and vegetables and was wondering how many grams of dried wholegrain rice is a healthy portion and will not hinder my weight loss thanks :) Like how many actual grams, the packet says one portion is 75g of uncooked, is this too much? and lol im english so i dont really know what a 'cup' is xx
