Gaining weight and eating right?
Does anyone know why I am eating healthy (no meat, sweets & I stay under my calorie intake) and exercising daily but I am gaining weight? I think this is because I'm gaining muscle but Im not sure. HELP!

I was wondering if anyone know any good workout videos or scultping tapes. The treadmill is starting to get really boring and I want to boost up my fitness for 2011. Is this all water weight?
Hi everyone. I started MFP last saturday so its been two days. I weighed myself that Saturday morning at 199.2 lbs. And yesterday morning at 196.2 and this morning at 194.2.
