So, I bought a crock pot and made a chicken sausage stew that didn't quite turn out as well as I hoped.. can anyone share some good simple recipes? i buy alot of chicken breasts, thighs, sausage and ground beef if that helps narrow things down. thanks! Lindsey.

3 square meals vs. mini meals??
So I've noticed that it's hard for me to eat a "proper" sized meal in one sitting.. I've heard that it's okay/beneficial to eat 5 or 6 mini meals throughout the day.. has anyone else tried this and does it work?

not losing!!
So I only have about 5-10 pounds i want to lose, but i cant get the scale to budge!! and my scale at home and at a friends consistently say 128 give or take a lb., but the scale at my doctor always say 130+.... i didnt think my clothes weighed that much!! ;) so how do you get those last pounds moving??

barely eating when i'm alone!

always over my carb goal :(
So I've noticed recently I'm often over my carb goal.. how bad is that even if I'm still under calories?? what would be a good ratio to set my carb/fat/protein limits?

so lately i've noticed that i'm really unhappy with myself.. not fishing for compliments or anything here, just wanted to get some input on how you all became more confident with yourselves. i've lost weight but it doesn't really show and i'm starting to hate myself in a lot of ways. does anyone else have this problem??
