plateau!! help please! :)

Hi there,

so I recently re-gained three pounds that I had lost, and have been stuck at this weight for about three months now. I've tried lowering my cals, then upping my cals and neither seemed to help. I currently eat 1300-1500 cals a day and work out/lift a few times a week. Im fairly active throughout the day.

What should I do to re-lose the weight? I know its only a few lbs. but at 5' 4" and 116 lbs, it shows on me. Thanks :)
