Returning
I'm back after a long time of slacking. I got to my Goal weight and then slowly lost grip on the calories. My intent this time, unlike last, is to count calories and add more on the workout side. My Goal in mind is for June.

Sleep Cycle
I have an extremely difficult sleep cycle and was looking for some info/tips. Does anyone know what kind of effects the changing sleep cycle can do to your weight loss/dieting. Standing vs sitting
It may seem silly, but I would like 'standing' to be included in the Exercise. I love to work out but I work 12 hour shifts and have been standing for 2-3 hours with light pacing.

Sleep Conflicts
My work schedule is kinda crazy. I work 2 days on 2 days off 3 days on 2 days off (repeat). The hours rotate between 7 AM to 7PM then 7PM to 7AM. So here is my question.
