January First Start Up

Hello all,

I haven't been here a while and have admittedly been packing on an LB or two. Combination of holiday food, not exercising much, and late night snacking have turned relatively good weight (muscle) into a belly. I am planning on getting back to counting and watching what I eat and hopefully planning some time to work out at the start of 2014. I am allowing myself to enjoy the rest of the holidays cause I know what's in store.

Anyone else with me - planning on getting back into shape 2014? Any new tips or routines?

  • I am def doing this i'm going to start a few days before new years but def for sure new years because i plan on drinking on new yrs eve which will probably throw me off haha
