Not overweight, but want to lose some fat.
I have been trying for years to lose some fat. I am 5'5 and weight 140 lbs. Last semester, I ate 1500 calories a day, about 130 g of protein and lifted heavy weights 3x a week (I used a program from bodybuilder.com).
