Using a resistance band instead of dumbells...
I'm flying out of town for the holidays and am not planning to pack dumbells in my bag (for obvious reasons). Any tips on using a resistance band instead of dumbells for the excercises?

Most accurate way to calculate calories burned?
I know a lot of folks think that MFP *overestimates* calories burned with exercise - I'm wondering if perhaps it is the one that is more accurate? I just started Level 3 of 30DS and am looking for another DVD to add in rotation after I'm finished with 30DS. Reicpe Building - Deep Frying?
How do you add the calories to deep fry something when you build a recipe? I know, deep frying is taboo here - but, it is time for a once a year treat (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fasnacht_(doughnut)) and I don't believe in giving up those sorts of treats. Something once a year won't do me in!

30DS and Travel
I'm going away for a few days. I packed my DVD, a laptop to play it on, and some resistence bands (the weights are too much of a pain to put in my carryon bags). Has anyone else tried any of the excercise with resistence bands rather than weights? How does that work?

how do you track lunch when ordering out?
We have a new place in our building that is great - build your own wrap, sandwich, or ricebowl - about a million vegetable options to add in and tons of different protein sources... When you put about 8 vegetables in... and other stuff, how do you track it?

Thinking about Running a 10K
I've run a bunch of 5Ks in the past... and done an 8K... never a 10K. There's one near my house at the end of April. Anyone else thinking about running a 10K? Anyone want to keep motivated together?

I managed to catch a nasty head cold with chest congestion last week and I haven't been working out (seems like a bad idea when you can't breathe properly). I'm hoping to start over with Level 1 Day 1 on Thursday or Friday. Anyone else need a restart?

Motivation
