Eat Back Half Exercise Calories
Per title, I'd like to be able to eat back only half of my exercise calories. I know I can do it manually, but if I see +X calories, that's all I'll see when it comes to eating back calories!

Guess who's back...back again...
Well that was a fun 5 years. Not away from the app, just the weight loss journey! I put on 2 stone whilst going through a lot of personal stuff, and now, whilst out of work, am struggling to get it off again. I've tried Atkins as a short-term boost,…

Jeans bought in Jan 06...?
So in the Next Christmas sale of 2005/06 I bought a pair of 36" waist jeans; yesterday, I fit in them for the first time! I was comfortably a 38", but knew this was to be an eventual goal - it also means I don't have to buy a new pair! Feels so good :-D
