Jeans bought in Jan 06...?

So in the Next Christmas sale of 2005/06 I bought a pair of 36" waist jeans; yesterday, I fit in them for the first time! I was comfortably a 38", but knew this was to be an eventual goal - it also means I don't have to buy a new pair!
