I know there are others out there who use Fitness Blender, and I would love to chat with all of you. Would there be any interest in a Fitness Blender group here? I use them exclusively now (outside of walking and hiking) to achieve my fitness goals.

Lunch in a jar!
Each weekend I fix my lunches for the week. I love using the jars because it makes warming up the lunch easy. This one is one of my favorites - buffalo chicken quinoa. For today, I will not have a bedtime snack. The kitchen is closed after dinner. This will be **so** hard for me. I love snacking while watching tv before bed. What will you do differently today to change things up?

Another HRM Question
I have a Polar FT7 that I use and love it. My question is about wearing it for extended activity such as an all day hike. Is the total it lists just for the activity or do they include what I would have burned sitting around doing nothing?
